- What counts as an active account?
- A connected social account that published at least one post through Lemmek during the calendar month. Accounts that are connected but do not publish are not billed.
- How does the minimum work?
- You pay $19 per month, which covers your first 10 active accounts. Accounts beyond 10 are added on top at the tier prices. Sandbox stays free.
- Is the white-label connect page really included?
- Yes. The branded page your users connect their accounts on is included on every plan at no extra cost. It shows "Powered by Lemmek" in the footer.
- What does fair-use video mean?
- Converting video to each platform's format is included. Fair use covers normal publishing volumes; if your usage is far above typical, we will contact you before anything changes.
- How does X (Twitter) work?
- X is supported only through your own X developer app and API keys. X bills its API usage to you directly; Lemmek adds no markup.
- Do you charge per post?
- No. Pricing is per active account, not per post, within fair use and each platform's own posting limits.
- Taxes
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or other applicable taxes. Billing is handled by Stripe.
